RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Grassroots Eco Store, our mission is for you to be happy with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 30 day refund guarantee from the time you receive your purchases.

Simply email us at shop@grassrootsecostore.com.au within that time so that we can refund your payment.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, tags removed, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend you choose a trackable service when returning any items. Grassroots Eco Store can take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
