DELIVERY
FREE delivery on all orders over $140 within Australia. A simple flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all deliveries under $140 anywhere in Australia. Special delivery arrangements can be made for deliveries outside of Australia, simply by emailing us at shop@grassrootsecostore.com.au

All orders are packed and shipped as promptly as possible. We ship via Australia Post.

We choose to use simple earth friendly packaging. Wherever possible we reuse all packaging materials.

If your purchase is a gift, we are happy to gift wrap and send your gift directly to the recipient if you wish. Please let us know if you would like the gift to be sent with a special message.

At Grassroots Eco Store we will keep you informed of the status your order by sending three confirmation emails: on receipt of your order; on confirmation of payment; and, when and how your order has been shipped (this email includes a copy of the order invoice).

PAYMENTS
Paying for your lovely products at Grassroots Eco Store is simple and secure. You may pay for your order via the methods below:

Your PayPal Account - select "PayPal" at Checkout and you will be re-directed to the secure PayPal site. Grassroots Eco Store is a division of One Blue Fish PTY Limited.

Your Afterpay account - select "Afterpay" at Checkout then click “Pay now” and you will be redirected to Afterpay to complete your purchase securely.

Your credit card on-line - Visa or Mastercard - select "Credit Card" at Checkout. This transaction is securely processed via eWay and National Australia Bank payment gateways.
