Cooling to the upper pole, or nervous system, sphagni lavendulae provides a space for breathing out and gathering oneself back within one's boundaries.

How to Apply:
Take a small amount of Sphagni moisturising lotion and gently massage into the skin. Can be applied to the chest, back and arms daily or as required. Use externally only.
